I appreciated how Chronext made my life easy for selling my Panerai and my other Rolex prior buying the new Rolex.
The process of acquisition of the new piece was smooth.
The professionals that dealed with me were very kind and polite, and they were able to fix in a reasonable time the flaw in the bezel that I detected the day of the first attemp of picking up my new piece.
The watch was ready in a reasonable time, as I mentioned above, and the communication with Mr. Paleari for setting up the date, as well as the final appointment with Mr. Puers and Mr. Paleari for the collection of the piece turned out a pleasant experience. We had a nice conversation, they adjusted perfectly the watch for my wrist and I had a full package of information about the guarantee and the possibility of future acquisitions in the short / mid term.
The only pity was that there wasn´t champagne available that day in the facilities for celebrating such a pleasant and nice moment of collecting my GMT....

I was regularly informed about the status of my order of a new watch. The delivery date was very close to the first date they announced. The delivery took way in a professional manner at the showroom in Zug. Mr. Chubarov was very helpful.

I ordered a Tag Heuer 2 months ago, unfortunately with a lot of e-mail traffic and many vague excuses (but without solutions) the watch was never delivered. Very disappointing. I will never buy from Chronext again and advise everyone not to buy here.

This is my second message to update the first. I made the mistake of using ebay.
So, after 10 days and 10 emails, a tracking number provided and ebay says shipped. It did not ship, contacted the courier, dg transporte, and they informed me that shipping request was cancelled! These guys are scam artists, still must wait for delivery window to expire before I can do anything, then, I have to ask for refund from seller which everyone know will never happen, wait another 3 days, and only then will ebay provide assistance.
Excuses on the phone are hilarious!

I can't access an AD easily so went with Chronext. The sales rep was very responsive and courteous. For shipping, after the package was handed from DG to Fedex, it went dark for four days until tracking was updated (so that could have been better). The watch came with the strap slightly creased, and there is no Nomos envelope in the leather case (although the dealer-signed warranty card is present). The watch itself has been ticking within COSC tolerance after 2 weeks. I am very happy with it. In the end, these are all acceptable risks for the price discount on the supposedly new watch, but you should be aware of them going in.

Tried selling my Breitling watch. Long story short: did send my watch to Chronext, didnt receive any updates so mailed them a couple of times and always the same answer: 'thanks for your patience, well let you know when inspection is done'. Waited for a month now and asked them to return my watch. Curious to find out how long thats gonna take....never again
